COVID-19 Policy

 

As of November, 2022, the following COVID-19 policies will apply.  As an organization, we feel that it is appropriate to align ourselves with other similar performing arts organizations.

The BRO no longer requires vaccine verification.

Masks are optional but STRONGLY ENCOURAGED inside the performance hall.

For Rehearsals

  • Anyone feeling unwell will be asked to refrain from attending or participating in Blue Ridge Orchestra activities.

  • Masks are optional but strongly encouraged.

  • Musicians may choose whether or not to share music stands.

  • Rehearsal guests and children have the option to wear masks and are encouraged to remain physically distant from non-family members of the orchestra.

For Performances

  • The audience, staff, volunteers, and performers have the option to wear a mask while in the performance hall.

  • Anyone feeling unwell will be asked to refrain from attending or participating in Blue Ridge Orchestra activities.

**All ticket purchasers are responsible to make sure their entire party knows the COVID policies set forth by the BRO.
